Rationale for change
question about 27 y/o male with decreased libido, learning disabilitiy, gynecomastia, small firm testes and hypergonadotropic hypogonadism (via labs given). Karyotype was given.
Asked what the most appropriate statement in explaining the results to the patient - options included "testosterone therapy is likely to improve your fertility", "treatment is unlikely to help" "treatment may help with some of your symptoms"
Treatment and counselling of Klinefelter is not found anywhere else in the deck so I added it here
