Rationale for new note
I recently took nbme form 10, there was a question that specifically asked for the management of whipples disease. This is something I don't remember being covered in many resources. Source is from amboss:

Rejection reason
Accepted with another suggestion, thanks!

Whipples disease is caused by infection with Tropheryma whipplei, a gram positive actinomycetota in the stomach and small intestine.
Suspect Whipple disease in a male age >40 who presents with abdominal cramping/bloating, steatorrhea/malabosorption, enteropathic arthritis, cardiac symptoms (valve impairment), and neurologic impairment (myoclonus, ataxia, etc)
