Rationale for change

I have reworked these to Q&A questions. I found them to be extremely difficult, and had unneccesary double recall. There should be more of these simple definition cards. I am not sure if it is strictly neccesary to be able to recall a perfect definition of all of these lesions (as was the c2 in these notes). How and where that gets tested needs some thought
