Rationale for change

This card was confusing because I didn't know what management it wanted me to address - was it rate control? rhythm control? Both are valid options if not stabilized. Was it about his HTN with T2DM? Just a bit confusing imo - should highlight

I reworded it to emphasize atrial flutter and added "long-term" and "stabilized" to point more towards anticoagulation and away from rate/rhythm control.
