Rationale for change

I feel like its almost too easy if you have "a type of facial nerve paralysis?" because the answer has to be facial nerve palsy

Think it would make more sense to specify a cranial nerve paralysis outside cloze 1 to further remember which cranial nerve is affected most in sarcoidosis.
