Rationale for change
First Aid, 34th ed, page 500:
"midbrain" and "mesencephalon" are both valid names for the primary vesicle.
"mesencephalon" is the correct name for the secondary vesicle. (the wall of the secondary vesicle later develops into a structure called the midbrain)
There has been a similar change to this card before, but I think this improves consistency with other cards.
