Rationale for change
As stated on the suggested change for the card with nid:1582054007430, the fetal heart tracing in the extras section of this card shows variable decelerations in 2 of the 4 contractions, which is 50% of the contractions. Amboss states that recurrent variable decelerations occur in ≥ 50% of contractions, while intermittent variable decelerations occur in < 50% of contractions. Another contraction should be added to the fetal heart tracing that doesn't show a variable deceleration, which would make it < 50% because only 2 of the 5 contractions will show variable decelerations.
