Rationale for change

This card doesn’t make sense. TOLAC itself isn’t an “outcome” - TOLAC is trial of labour after caesarean. The patient could be successful in their TOLAC and have a safe vaginal birth, or they could be unsuccessful during their TOLAC and require an emergency unplanned c-section. This card doesn’t do a good job ant outlining the concept and could even just be deleted.
