Rationale for change

Glycogen synthase phosphorylation inactivates it which is the opposite of what needs to happen in response to insulin signaling. Protein kinase B phosphorylation Glycogen synthase kinase 3. This inactivates the kinase and stop phosphorylation of glycogen synthase, allowing it to be activated.

We are not really responsible for the nitty gritty of the signaling so I think activation of GS is sufficient. I just don’t want to confuse people because GS phosphorylation leads to deactivation.
