Rationale for change

Elagolix is also used in the treatment of fibroids, as stated in the AMBOSS link. Although FDA only recommends GnRH antagonist therapy for treatment of fibroids when used in combination with hormone therapy, nid:1639070655770 does not make this distinction so I felt fibroids could be added to this card as is.

Additionally, UpToDate mentions that GnRH antagonists are sometimes used for fibroid treatment without hormone therapy, albeit off-label.
