Rationale for change
Similar to the recent suggestion regarding euchromatin. Knowing how tightly packed the chromatin is gives away that type's effects on gene expression, and vice versa.
Would be helpful though, to add a new cloze for just the word hetero or euchromatin for each note. I'm not entirely sure how to suggest that though

Chromatin exists in two different conformations: an open form (euchromatin) and a closed form (heterochromatin). The more densely packed, closed, form is less available for transcription.
