Rationale for change

This is a helpful addition coming from someone who learned the concept of quantum numbers in at least three classes and this one was only ever called the angular momentum quantum number, not the azimuthal quantum number.

This is also supported by the Kaplan books as another name for this number (see screenshot in discussion).
