If 15-18 weeks, order second-trimester quadruple test (↑inhibin A & β-hCG, ↓AFP & free estriol)
If any of the above yield an abnormal result, confirm with fetal karyotypoing → chorionic villus sampling (9-14), amniocentesis (15-22) or percutaneous umbilical cord sampling (18-22)
If 15-18 weeks, order second-trimester quadruple test (↑inhibin A & β-hCG, ↓AFP & free estriol)
