Rationale for change

I am pretty sure that acute interstitial nephritis goes with decreased BUN/creatinine ratio and not increased as is stated on the card.
You can see First Aid 2025 page 620 lines 6 and 19 where it clearly says that intrinsic renal failure including acute interstitial nephritis goes with a serum BUN/Creatinine of less than 15 which is decreased. Have a nice day!
