I see a few issues with this card.
A. Extra info states pip-taz + clindamycin are for treating gas gangrene. Amboss says this particular combo is for food poisoning as per table in (1). Instead they list penicillin G + clindamycin as the treatment for gas gangrene.
B. As the different infections caused by C.perfringens require different antibiotic treatments, I think it's worth specifying in the text of the card that it is asking for treatment of gas gangrene.
AMBOSS lists the following antibiotics for C.perfringens infections:
Gas gangrene = penicillin G + clindamycin (1)
Food poisoning = piperacillin-tazobactam + clindamycin (1); although typically just supportive care (2)
Clostridial necrotising enteritis = penicillin, metronidazole (3)
C. I simplified the question so it does not contain any extraneous info. These facts are already tested in other cards e.g. 1506124869038
