This card is based on an Amboss qbank which tests the differences between osteomyelitis and LCP disease or Ewing sarcoma
- The percentage of people who answered LCP disease is almost the same as the correct answer (there is no specific card that test the differences between the two)

- the main things that i hope this card cover is that osteomylitis can present with high ESR vs rarely in LCP
- Fever and chills are less common in LCP compared to osteomylits

- The image and some info are from this card

- Presents with fever and malaise of short-onset (Ewing sarcoma will present in older teenagers with a longer onset, LCP disease rarely has elevated ESR)
