Rationale for change

This card is quite hard to remember and I've been using the COAT RACK mnemonic to answer it. I suspect most other users are doing the same, but the mnemonic doesn't line up perfectly with the card which causes some frustration on every review for me.

I propose we change the card to 1by1 and promote the COAT RACK mnemonic from the extra to the card itself.
