Rationale for change

Specify that this is in blood. ACE inhibitors reduce the GFR and thus raise the blood creatinine levels and reduce urine creatinine levels.

Since creatinine is used to measure kidney function the use of this medication is relevant both when evaluating blood and urine levels of creatinine.
