Rationale for change
This card is too vague without specifying that we are using WHO guidelines and not the CDC guidelines. Both the CDC guidelines and the WHO guidelines are used by AMBOSS, as reflected in the link, and the CDC guidelines are used in the United States for diagnostic coding purposes. If the question was asking for stage 3 HIV using the CDC staging, the answer to cloze 2 would be a CD4 <200. Without knowing whether it is CDC vs WHO, it is easy to make a mistake on this card one way or another.
