b12 deficiency has various symptoms, e.g. neuro. I think the argument against my edit would be that the haem sx are likely to be noticed far earlier than the neuro, and thus the infection will be treated. However, on the other hand, when speed-reviewing, this card is mainly testing a. parasite that causes b12 def. & b. s/s of b12 def, so it's easy to go for the neuro answer, despite knowing the given answer. As an alternative, you could also use 'early' as a hint?
considered. this is a direct sketchy card and, and while you are correct - there is only one or two useful facts to know about this bug, and that is the one listed. rejecting the hint unless it becomes a huge issue
