Rationale for change

I don't like the existing card - the first cloze could equally be answered 'gluconeogenesis' (and that was my answer, having not seen it in a while). This differentiates. However, I'm not confident that this is the best/most smooth way to do it, hence submitting normally rather than bypassing.
