Rationale for change

Edited the existing image in photoshop to place the two x-rays side by side instead of vertical.

The original image was too tall and required scrolling down to see the x-ray of osteonecrosis on most screen sizes. Arranging them horizontally allows them to fit on the screen without making the images themselves any smaller.

Updated the citation accordingly.
