Rationale for change

Adds location cue to c3 (larynx connected to trachea, which is below) to avoid confusion with pharynx (which could also just be added to the card if desired)

Could be made clearer like "what's below" to avoid confusion where below simply reads as the larynx is below what.

Tbh best would be to just shift “the top of the” to the card instead of the cloze.
