Rationale for change
The prognosis for RPGN depends on access to early treatment. In order to clarify this I modified the question so that "Poor prognosis" is the correct answer for patients who do not receive early treatment. Added info in Extra section that prognosis is actually good with early treatment. Also added management and red flags info.
