Step 2 QID 2390 & Step 3 QID 6323

The previous version of this card misrepresented the management of acute uterine bleeding by implying that D&C and blood transfusion are first-line therapies for hemodynamically unstable patients. mostly because of misunderstanding of UWorld QID 2390, which discusses these interventions as part of supportive or escalation measures, not as initial management

These revisions better reflect a structured approach to acute uterine bleeding and aligns with both UWorld explanations and AMBOSS
