This note as well as nid:1463345931564, they compares and contrasts acute vs chronic prostatitis (assuming chronic prostatitis is equivalent to CPPS or chronic pelvic pain syndrome)
However, a third important subtype is missing: chronic bacterial prostatitis, which is tested in Step 2 QID:15935
According to the original card, chronic prostatitis does not have bacteria on culture but the question clearly says many bacteria in prostatic secretions
So, the core issue is that "chronic prostatitis" should not always be assumed to mean CPPS
so this is my suggestion for this card and the other one will be
Prostatic secretions of a patient with {{c2::chronic pelvic pain syndrome::prostatitis subtype}} often contain WBCs with culture showing {{c1::no bacteria}}
This is also supported by amboss and there is a table in AMBOSS that compares the three
