Any amount of sunlight is technically a risk factor as AMBOSS states excessive sunlight or UVB radiation overall. Thus this card's cloze should be sunlight not the excessive component.

There's no point in memorizing that "excessive" sunlight is a risk factor if "sunlight" hasn't been memorized as a risk factor already
