Rationale for change

This note states that aspirin should be stopped 2 weeks before surgery. Note 1532722127396 states that aspirin should be stopped 1 week before surgery since platelets take ~1 week to be replaced. Not saying this one needs to be changed to 1 week as 2 weeks might be correct, but I think one of the two should be changed to be in concurrence with the other. note 1532722127396 has a book source cited
