Rationale for change

This card is inaccurate and suggests wrong epidemiology / causes of IBD:

1) IBD is not a diagnosis of exclusion, IBS is. Colonoscopy with biopsy + many routine labs definitively diagnose IBD.

2) AMBOSS states the incidence of both UC and CD is equal in biological males and females (not higher in biological females).

I think should the card should change to reflect demographic (not biological sex) and removal of diagnosis of exclusion as this is inacurrate.
