Rationale for change

I'd like to offer a better wording to this mnemonic, which aligns more closely with the pathophysiology (accumulation of metabolites leading to opioid toxicity).

Excerpt from UWorld which touches directly on the subject: "This presentation raises suspicion for opioid inTOXICation. Morphine is first metabolized in the liver, producing active METABOLITES...that are renally excreted."

and

"Several medications (eg, certain selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) can inhibit metabolism of opioids, leading to TOXICITY."
