Rationale for change
"Donor RBCs" is not correct always. It depends on why you are doing the indirect coomb's test. In prenatal incompatibility screening, there is no donor involved, therefore the answer is logically incorrect.
The test RBCs can be directly from the donor (in case of transfusion) or commercially available test RBCs for other indications (antibody screening or prenatal RhD incompatibility screening)
