Rationale for change

I couldn't find a source anywhere that indicated a babygram for bilious vomiting. I don't have access to AMBOSS, so I can't verify it there, but other sites recommend an abdominal X-ray. The graphic in "Extra" also says to do an abdominal X-ray. I think this distinction is important as we want to limit the amount of radiation in neonates.
