Rationale for change
I really dislike the "is associated with" language used throughout the deck. Saying that nephrotic syndrome "is associated" with hyperlipidemia makes it very unclear grammatically whether hyperlipidemia is *caused* by nephrotic syndrome, whether hyperlipidemia predisposes someone to nephrotic syndrome

- This accelerates atherosclerosis and increases risk for MI and stroke; patients with risk factors may require short-term use of a statin
- Low intravascular oncotic pressure stimulates increased lipoprotein production in the liver (blood "thins" due to low protein, liver pumps more lipoprotein to "beef it up")
- Additionally, impaired lipid catabolism due to decreased lipoprotein lipase and abnormal transport of circulating lipid particles also contributes to hyperlipidemia
