Rationale for change

This card said that portosystemic shunt was treated with TIPS, which stands for transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt. This is obviously incorrect, since treating a shunt with a shunt makes no sense. A TIPS is created to alleviate portal hypertension, not to treat a portosystemic shunt.
