Rationale for change

Missed question (TrueLearn): chose glucocorticoids and got it incorrect.

The correct answer was ACEi alone.

There was another wrong answer choice - ACEi plus glucocorticoids - but this is incorrect and only if rapidly progressive.

ACEi is first line per TrueLearn and AMBOSS.
