Rationale for change

Both AML and ALL present with fever, bone pain, weakness and fatigue largely due to bone marrow infiltration. They mainly differ in demographic however, as AML would typically present in adults while ALL would typically present in children. Technically on this card both AML and ALL are the right answer, so I suggest specifying a demographic or adding another symptom/presentation that can differentiate between both conditions, such as lymphadenopathy or splenomegaly.
