Rationale for change

Sunscreen and other protective measures against UV radiation (avoidance, SPF) is recommended for prevention of basal cell carcinoma. To say that sunscreen does not prevent basal cell carcinoma is completely misleading. There is no surefire way to prevent skin cancer, but there are ways to reduce your risk, sunscreen being one of them. Here is the link to the current American Academy of Dermatology guidelines on preventing Basal Cell Carcinoma, in which it directly mentions continuous use of sunscreen and avoidance of UV radiation: https://www.jaad.org/article/S0190-9622(18)30776-X/abstract
