Rationale for change
This addition is meant to be informative (to give a broad perspective of the common medications that are used in pharmacologic stress tests) but also for users who may answer the card with "adenosine" or "dipyridamole" and wonder why they aren't acceptable answers (they're not sympathomimetics, but vasodilators).
