Rationale for change

NBME 14.3.19 pt with sciatica and asks for next step in management.
Answer = "normal activities as tolerated"
other choices included "cold compress, bed rest, lumbar bracing, and.....
traction (I feel like this falls into the exercise/ PT field but whatever... I'm not bitter haha)....

AMBOSS supports, I think having NSAIDS as the cloze is misleading and should be addressed.

mohannadkh10 has an open suggestion to add "pharm" to the text which I think could work as well but I think would improve the utility of the card.
