Rationale for change
Alveolar hypoventilation is a WRONG ANSWER CHOICE, on both UW 4717, and CCSSA form 14.1.42
Both questions pt has pneumonia and ask for cause of hypoxemia, Answers were: "V/Q mismatch", and "decreased diffusion capacity".
I think that this phrase here is misleading and will lead to many users to choose the wrong answer.
