Rationale for change

Instead of "closer" in cloze c2, shouldn't it be "lower"? "Closer" does not really make much sense.

But if I do happen to be wrong, I hope that you would be able to teach me! :)

Reference: Page 17 - Kaplan MCAT General Chemistry Review 2025-2026, line "The electrons in an atom can be excited to different energy levels. When these electrons return to their ground states, each will emit a photon with a wavelength characteristic of the specific energy transition it undergoes."
