Rationale for change

The current card makes it sound like these are the only vectors of transmission, but you can get CMV in many more ways.

I'm not sure what the answer should be, perhaps this is a bit glib, but this simplifies the note, and the deck itself, by not having to remember distinct mechanisms of transmission for this disease.
