Rationale for change
The current wording of the card suggests that the answer should be something else other than a blood product. Since cryoprecipitate is a type of blood product, it makes more sense to say "blood products, including cryoprecipitate" than "blood products and cryoprecipitate".
Both AMBOSS and UpToDate use the term "blood products" in a way that encompasses cryoprecipitate (not just packed RBCs):
