Rationale for change

I think this would make these cards a bit harder, but force users to remember that nystagmus is not a symptom of these toxicities. With the PCP card, the fact that it does not ask about pupilary change effectively acts as a hint.

Making the change to these cards makes users considers all those ocular sequaleae in concert.
