Rationale for change

This picture is a very good visual memory aid for remembering the cranial nerves responsible for opening and closing the eye (CN III is like pillars keeping the eyelid open and CN VII is a fish hook closing the eye). OpthoBook by Tim Root is free for everyone and is a widely regarded text for introducing the basics of ophthalmology to med students.

Rejection reason

while i agree, we need to use only copyright free images with creative common licenses available that allows commercial use, if that is the case in this picture (i went to the site but couldn't find anything regarding terms of use unfortunately)
