Rationale for change
I found on my research that beta blockers are not contraindicated in wolf-parkinson white, but only contraindicated in patients with atrial fibrillation or atrial flutter.

- For stable WPW, use procainamide (do NOT use AV-node blockers because they promote more conduction through the accessory pathway → ↑ rapid ventricular response)
- Sinus node dysfunction (AKA sick sinus syndrome) typically presents with bradycardia and/or heart block. You should not* be using AV nodal blockers for these patients either
*patients with tachycardia-bradycardia syndrome may require AV-nodal blockers AFTER pacemaker placement
