CA-125 is a tumor marker elevated in the following:
Ovarian carcinoma
Other gynecologic malignancies
Malignant ascites
Certain lymphomas
Cholangiocarcinoma
I believe you meant to put CA-125 elevation w. the malignancy scenario. There are reports of elevated CA-125 in tubo-ovarian abcess (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/8150372/#:~:text=mimicking%20ovarian%20carcinoma-,Highly%20elevated%20CA125%20and%20tubo%2Dovarian%20abscess%20mimicking%20ovarian%20carcinoma,doi:%2010.1159/000292544.) but this is more rare.

CA-125 can be a nonspecific finding, it's meant to be there as a distractor. Perhaps this needs clarification in Extra (please feel free to submit a suggestion!). See the discussion in the link below regarding previous decisions to not make this change:

- Tubo-ovarian abscess: pelvic inflammatory disease → inflammation of fallopian tubes and/or ovary; may spread to bladder/bowel. Presents with fever, lower abdominal pain, vaginal discharge, ↑ WBC
