Rationale for change

CMV and MAC can look relatively similar which is why this card just tells you that its not CMV.

I think instead of just giving that away it would be better to contrast the clinical presentation to make it easier to know the difference between them.

UW QID 3917 explains that:
CMV = bloody diarrhea + low fever
MAC = watery diarrhea + high fever

Where we are already mentioning fever and diarrhea I think it would be smart to just type those features and remove the "its not CMV" from the text.
