Non-responder does not get 2 doses of HBIG. Per chart below and UW 114712, non-responder gets HBIG and vaccine

Rejection reason

For a true non-responder after two full series (i.e., 6 doses—what boards usually mean by “non-responder”), it’s HBIG x2 only, no vaccine.
