Rationale for change

Change from "woman of childbearing age" to "person of childbearing potential".
Not all women can have become pregnant (ie: s/p hysterectomy, Müllerian agenesis w/ no uterus, trans women, lesbians, have never had sex) and putting them through unnecesary and possibly insulting (if they say they can not be pregnant and then feel they are not believed) delays in care before testing is wrong.
